Our Hata Cares Meals program provides well deserved meals for hard working members of our communty.
This month we had the privilege of donating delicious lunches to the hard-working staff at Child & Family Services, in Ewa Beach. Child & Family Services is a community-based organization with a mission of strengthening families and fostering the healthy development of children.
The meals were cooked and prepared by Y. Hata Corporate Executive Chef Chris Blanc and Sous Chef Ernesto Limcaco. The Chefs were assisted by volunteers from our Hata ‘Ohana in our Info Central, Marketing, and Sales departments.
This month’s meal included:
Braised Beef Short Rib with Whole Grain Mustard Jus
Teriyaki Chicken Breast
Cold Lemongrass Noodles
Hapa Rice
Mixed Greens with Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette
White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie
